By accessing the Website and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Scope

Spice Haus Global offers alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktails and related products through its online store.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of the Website and to all orders placed through it.

Additional policies published on the Website, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Return & Refund Policy, form part of the terms governing your use of our services.

2. Age Restriction – Alcoholic Products

Alcoholic products are sold exclusively to persons aged 18 years or older.

By attempting to purchase an alcoholic product from Spice Haus Global, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcohol.

Spice Haus Global reserves the right and, where required by applicable law, has the obligation to verify the purchaser's age before completing a transaction.

Age verification may be carried out using an approved electronic age-verification mechanism, including any verification functionality made available through Gov.gr Wallet, Kids Wallet or another legally accepted age-verification solution, where applicable.

A simple declaration by a user that they are over 18 does not prevent Spice Haus Global from requiring additional age verification where required by law or deemed necessary for compliance.

If the customer's age cannot be satisfactorily verified, Spice Haus Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Alcohol will not knowingly be sold, supplied or delivered to minors.

3. Age Verification Upon Delivery

Alcoholic products may only be received by a person aged 18 or over.

Where applicable, the courier, delivery partner or another authorised representative may request valid proof of age before handing over an order containing alcoholic products.

If the recipient cannot provide satisfactory proof that they are at least 18 years old when requested, delivery may be refused and the products returned to Spice Haus Global.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that an adult who is legally permitted to receive alcoholic products is available at the delivery address.

Any costs resulting from an unsuccessful delivery caused by the inability to verify the recipient's age may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law and provided that the customer has been informed of such costs.

4. Responsible Purchase and Consumption

Spice Haus Global supports the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Our products must not be purchased for, supplied to or consumed by persons under the legal drinking age.

Customers must not purchase alcoholic products through the Website with the intention of supplying them to minors.

Alcohol should always be consumed responsibly.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, alcohol content (ABV), quantities, prices and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.

However, product packaging, appearance or other non-essential characteristics may occasionally differ from the photographs displayed online.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before completing a purchase.

Where a customer has an allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, they should carefully review the ingredients and allergen information provided for the relevant product before consumption.

The information provided on the Website is not intended to constitute medical or health advice.

6. Prices and Delivery Charges

All prices displayed on the Website are expressed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable under Greek law.

Spice Haus Global currently offers free delivery for eligible delivery addresses located within a radius of up to 13 km, as determined during the checkout process.

For eligible delivery addresses located outside the 13 km free-delivery radius, a €6 delivery charge applies.

The applicable delivery charge, including whether the order qualifies for free delivery, will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.

Spice Haus Global may modify its delivery charges or free-delivery conditions from time to time. Any applicable delivery charge will always be communicated to the customer before the order is placed and will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Spice Haus Global reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

7. Orders

Products can be ordered through the Website by following the checkout process.

Before submitting an order, customers are responsible for checking:

• the products selected;
• quantities;
• billing information;
• delivery information;
• contact details;
• the total price;
• delivery charges; and
• any other information relating to the transaction.

Submission of an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted where additional checks, including payment or legally required age verification, remain outstanding.

Spice Haus Global reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where legally justified, including where:

• payment cannot be authorised;
• the product is unavailable;
• incorrect information has been provided;
• fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected;
• a technical or pricing error has occurred;
• applicable delivery restrictions prevent fulfilment; or
• the purchaser's eligibility to purchase alcohol cannot be verified where required.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded using the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable law.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Spice Haus Global does not necessarily receive or store complete card information where payment is handled directly by an authorised payment provider.

Customers must ensure that they are authorised to use the payment method selected.

An order may not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised, unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.

9. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the destinations and areas supported by Spice Haus Global and indicated through the Website and checkout process.

Spice Haus Global currently offers free delivery for eligible addresses located within a delivery radius of up to 13 km, as determined during checkout.

For eligible delivery addresses located outside this 13 km radius, a €6 delivery charge applies.

The applicable delivery charge, or confirmation that delivery is free, will be displayed to the customer before the order is submitted.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address or information supplied by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law and where the customer has been appropriately informed.

Special restrictions may apply to the shipment of alcoholic beverages to certain destinations or countries.

Spice Haus Global reserves the right not to accept an order where the shipment, importation, sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages to the requested destination is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges where applicable and where properly disclosed or imposed under the laws of the destination country.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Where the customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable consumer-protection legislation, they generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Spice Haus Global of their decision through a clear statement within the applicable withdrawal period.

11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable consumer-protection legislation applies.

This may include, depending on the nature and condition of the product, goods:

• made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
• liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery, where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied; or
• otherwise expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

The fact that a product contains alcohol does not by itself automatically remove the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise subject to a statutory remedy, customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal will generally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, where permitted by law and where they have been properly informed of that obligation.

This applies regardless of whether the original delivery was provided free of charge or was subject to a delivery fee.

Where a delivery charge was paid for the original order, a valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal will include reimbursement of the applicable standard original delivery charge, in accordance with applicable law.

Accordingly, where the applicable standard delivery charge for an order was €6, that amount will also be refunded following a valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Where the original delivery was free of charge, there is no original delivery charge to reimburse.

The direct cost of returning the products to Spice Haus Global in cases of ordinary withdrawal remains the responsibility of the customer, unless Spice Haus Global has expressly agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear the cost.

Returned products should be appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Following a valid withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law, normally using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

13. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

Customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective.

We will review the request and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Where a return is required because Spice Haus Global supplied a defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming product, the reasonable return cost will be borne by Spice Haus Global in accordance with applicable law.

14. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve that product.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or refund the relevant amount.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Spice Haus Global may offer promotional codes, discounts or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one promotional code may be used per order;
• promotional codes may have an expiry date;
• certain products may be excluded;
• promotions cannot be applied retrospectively; and
• promotional codes may not be transferred, resold or used fraudulently.

Specific promotional terms communicated with an offer will prevail over this section in the event of a conflict.

All content available through the Website, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, photographs, product designs, graphics, videos, text, recipes, layouts and other material, is owned by or licensed to Spice Haus Global unless otherwise stated.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version in force when the relevant order is placed.

24. Governing Law

These Terms and contracts concluded through the Website are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to consumers residing in another country.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of any protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law applicable to them under European Union law.
