Spice Haus Global delivers orders to eligible addresses supported by our delivery service.

Delivery Charges

We currently offer free delivery for eligible addresses located within a radius of up to 13 km, as determined during checkout.

For eligible addresses outside the 13 km free-delivery radius, a €6 delivery charge applies.

The applicable delivery charge, or confirmation of free delivery, will always be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, high order volumes or delivery service delays.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law and where the customer has been appropriately informed.

Alcohol Delivery & Age Verification

Alcoholic products may only be delivered to persons aged 18 years or older.

Where required, proof of age may be requested before an order containing alcoholic products is handed over.

If the recipient cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, delivery may be refused.
